Robert H. Schuller
Have you experienced a miracle lately?Well I just did!
You know that feeling you get when something traumatic/dramatic takes place, and you know without doubt, that it was divine intervention.
After stopping at the stop sign, I made a right-hand turn (of course checking traffic both ways) onto Highway 101. As I started to accelerate a motorcyclist started to pass the car he was behind. He is in southbound traffic. I am heading north.
Immediately he was within inches of my front bumper. There was NO time to honk, swerve…nothing to do, but prepare for an imminent crash.
Then, as if an invisible force came between him and my vehicle, he was moved gently over. It took place in a heartbeat. At this point, he wound up traveling between me and the car he was about to pass!
Yes, maybe he had the good sense to dodge the bullet. However, with the speed he was at, and my acceleration I wonder. Had he jerked or abruptly turned his wheels, this would have turned out much differently.
The way it unfolded, as I continued on my way, there was such a grateful feeling in my heart and soul. I issued a heartfelt, profound “thank you” to whomever or whatever had just intervened.
